The sauce of the Unajyu (1400Yen) has a 100Years of history and is said to be tasted by Shouwa emperor. Uonuma Koshihikari rice brought straightly from the farmers of Shiozawa is used. grilled chicken(500Yen) and thick baking egg (600Yen) is always said to be ordered by the frequenters.
