A locally famous sushi store. The rice Koshihikari from Uonuma is said that it dose not suit to Sushi, but by using a secret techqinue the stikyness of the Koshihikari rice is taken apart which infact makes it to suit to sushi. Ingrediants is mainly fishes taken from the Sea of Japan. Torotaku (a fatty meat of tuna and pickled Japanese radish wrapped with seaweed) , kokorodon etc are recomendatioan.
